When, I think of baking these cookies, I think of going to the Apple Farms to pick apples. The leaves are changing and the weather is getting cooler. These cookies are baked with McIntosh apples and combined with all the spices of cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. You can’t just have 1 cookie, but who is counting!
